Stay Active! It Does a Body Good!

AND, it’s also engaging in daily exercise – staying active physically! We call it Fitness and it plays a critical role in overall good health.
Plan Ways to Add In or Mix Up Daily Activities
When you park the car to go shopping, choose the farthest parking space and hoof it to the store! Take the stairs at work or go for a 10 minute walk in your lunch hour, or maybe you even could ride your bike to work. When you play golf, walk the course. Instead of meeting a friend to eat lunch, meet up and go for a walk, then drink a healthy smoothie afterwards!Join your kids at the park and play ball with them, or walk your dog morning or evening, or both! Your four-legged friend needs exercise too and he’ll love you for it!
Put your thinking cap on, get creative and make up new ways to get active and burn more calories.
